At Giftazo.in, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know, and we’ll make it right.
Return Process:
Please follow the following steps to initiate a return:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at giftazo.in@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item received.
Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible. You will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping: Items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Pack the item securely and send it back to us with the provided return shipping label. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipment expenses at your end.
Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and send a replacement within 7 business days. In case the replacement is not available, a store credit will be issued.
