Delivery

An order received is usually dispatched within 24 hours. Presently, all orders are shipped within India.

Delivery Timeline:  Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location.

Delhi NCR: 1 to 2 Business Days

Metros: 3 to 4 Business Days

Non-Metros: 3 to 6 Business Days

Remote Areas: 7 to 10 Business Days

Orders are dispatched from New Delhi and shipped through a reliable and trackable courier service. Once an order is dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order before you receive a shipping confirmation, place an order cancellation request by writing to giftazo.in@gmail.com. Order once dispatched can not be cancelled. Orders with incomplete addresses will be cancelled without assigning any reason.

Cash on Delivery/Payable on delivery facility is not available.
